CarePeer™ — Online Forum for Frontline Caregivers
Peer-to-peer support community where home care, hospice, and direct care workers share information and stay connected. Free membership for caregivers. The Feed, Peer Circles, mentorship matching, and crisis support — all in one online forum.
An online forum brand. Built specifically for caregivers.
CarePeer™ is Caryfy's online forum and peer-to-peer support community for frontline caregivers. Members access The Feed (community forum), Peer Circles (small group meetings), mentorship matching, and crisis support — all designed to end the isolation that drives 60-80% caregiver turnover in home care.
CarePeer™ is the brand of an online forum service. Members register, log in, and engage with other caregivers in the moderated community. The forum is the service offering, delivered as software-as-a-service over the web.
CarePeer™ membership is free for individual frontline caregivers. Agencies can sponsor bulk membership as a caregiver retention and wellness benefit.
What CarePeer™ membership includes
Every CarePeer™ member receives access to four core service components within the online forum.
The Feed
A moderated online forum where caregivers share wins, ask questions, and support each other 24 hours a day. Real conversations from real caregivers, moderated by experienced caregivers — not corporate representatives.
Peer Circles
Small groups of 8-12 caregivers that meet virtually on a recurring schedule. Circles are organized by specialty (dementia care, pediatric, hospice), geography, or experience level.
Mentorship Matching
Experienced caregivers paired with newer caregivers as guides — not as supervisors. Mentors provide ongoing support via the platform. Matched within one week of joining.
Crisis Support
Access to peer supporters trained in emotional first aid for the hardest days — when a client passes, when a family is cruel, when the work becomes too much. Available 24/7 once matched.
How CarePeer™ works
CarePeer™ membership is structured to fit caregiver schedules. Members can engage between client visits, after shifts, or in any free moment.

Drop in between clients. Share when you need to. Lurk when you just want to feel less alone. The Feed is open 24/7 and moderated by experienced caregivers.
Access Mentorship and Crisis Support

The Lonely Caregiver problem
Frontline caregivers work alone. There are no colleagues down the hall, no break room, no team huddle at the start of a shift. The isolation compounds — day after day, client after client.
Research consistently shows that peer support reduces burnout, increases job satisfaction, and improves retention among healthcare workers. Without peer connection, caregivers leave the profession at rates between 60% and 80% annually in home care.
CarePeer™ exists as an online forum service to make peer support practically accessible to caregivers regardless of which agency employs them, where they live, or what schedule they work.
